How it works
EasyVial puts your existing web store inside a real iPhone and Android app. Customers shop your actual site — your products, cart, checkout and payment processor — and the app adds order tracking, COA lookup and push notifications around it.
The pieces
| Piece | What it does | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Shop tab | Loads your site inside the app, tagged so orders are attributed to the app | Nothing — it's your live site |
| Order tracking | Shows app orders in an Orders tab and sends confirmed / shipped notifications | Connect WooCommerce, or add the two snippets |
| COA Lookup | Customers type or scan a batch number to see its certificate | Upload COA PDFs in your dashboard (or link vial QR codes to your site) |
| Push notifications | Restock and launch alerts to your app customers | Write them in your dashboard |
| App link | Your link (/s/your-store) installs the app and opens it straight into your store | Share it on your site, emails and package inserts |

How sales are attributed
The app always opens your site with utm_source=easyvial&utm_medium=app. Tapping a push notification adds utm_medium=push&utm_campaign=<id>. An order counts as an app order when either your store reports those UTM values with the order, or the app sees the order placed in the app (WooCommerce order-received page, or your call to EasyVial.trackOrder()) and your server then reports the same order with a matching order key.
The platform fee applies only to completed app and push orders, minus refunds and cancellations. Orders on your normal website are never counted.
